It offers modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment. It is driven by music, movement, and motivation. SOULfusion™ is all of your favorite workouts wrapped into ONE!

SOULstrength™ is rhythmic resistance training, cardio conditioning, manageable mobility and core strength exercises all set to an amazing playlist. SOULstrength™ is the total package.



BARREfusion
BARREfusion™ is a low-impact, total body workout inspired by ballet. Offers a unique approach to barre training with cardio bursts and our signature fuses. This fusion format offers all the benefits of rhythmic movement, high repetition strength work, athletic dance moves in an easy to learn, easy to teach, fun to take barre training. Modifications for all levels in the group exercise environment are included. BARREfusion™ improves overall fitness levels while bringing out your inner ballerina!

Our Form & Technique Workshops are designed to help you move smarter, stronger, and more confidently. Whether you're new to fitness or a seasoned instructor, these sessions break things down to the foundations — focusing on alignment, control, and purposeful movement.
Each workshop will dive into:
